How To Make Delicious Pasta Salad
I’m a Pasta LoVer! Although my LoVe handles hate it, I can have hot pasta or cold pasta for any occasion. Whenever we have Family Holidays, I’d be the first to say I’ll bring a Pasta Salad. It’s simple and easy to make. Especially if you have a huge family. The Ingredients are usually items you already have at the house. It’s also inexpensive and quick to make.
Pasta Salad Ingredients
Here’s a recipe for cold Pasta LoVers like me. You will need the following.
- 1 cup of Mild Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
- 1 lb. of Garden Rotini Noodles
- 1 16 oz. Italian Dressing
- Sandwich Meat (of your choice)
- 1/2 Cucumber
How To Make Pasta Salad
Step 1: Boil the noodles until they soften.
Step 2: Drain the water.
Step 3: Soak the Noodles in cold water for a few minutes until they cool down, then drain.
Step 4: Dice your Meat, Tomatoes and Cucumbers. Then toss it in a pot with Cheese.
Step 5: Pour Italian Dressing over it until it’s looks juicy enough for your taste buds. Sprinkle Pepper on top.
Tip: The Italian Dressing has enough flavor for the entire meal.
Boom! You can eat this amazing Pasta Salad immediately because it does not have to be refrigerated right away. However, if you want it cold, place it in your fridge for about an hour. Good news, you can make this Pasta Salad a day in advance for an event, it will be deliciously cold overnight.
What You Can Add To This Delicious Pasta Salad
I don’t like my Pasta being to junky. I enjoy the abundant mixture of freshly chopped vegetables. However, you can add Olives, a Variety of Cheese, Italian Sausage, Pepperoni, Craisins, Banana Peppers and Onions. It all depends on your liking.
What Goes Good with Pasta Salad?
Hamburgers or any type of BBQ goes good with Pasta Salad. Your belly will be satisfied. My daughter nearly ate the entire pot of pasta before I could finish the sides.
