Everyone LoVes Taco Tuesday! This Taco Nacho recipe is finger licking good (literally). Nachos is not only a great Appetizer at restaurants, it’s the BOMB Dinner! But if you aren’t in the mood for Tacos, Nachos it is. Get this, we’re not actually using Tortilla Chips. Yes, I said it. You read it right. My secret Chips is (Drum Roll Please)… DORITOS!
I LoVe substituting my Tortilla Chips for Doritos. It brings a different flavor. I’m a full-time working wife and mom of 3 girls. Everything I do after work needs to be quick. I enjoy saving money and sitting around the table as a family eating and discussing our day. So instead of buying nasty Tacos with who knows what’s in the meat, here’s a delicious quick recipe for How To Make Taco Nachos. It will only take about 10 minutes to make and I’m telling you the entire family will enjoy it.
- Hamburger or Turkey meat
- Sour Cream
- Shredded Cheese
- Lettuce or Spinach
- Taco Sauce
- Catalina Dressing
- Taco Seasoning Mix
How To Make Taco Nachos
Step 1. First, place the Meat in a pan, season and cook until it completely turns brown.
Step 2. Next, follow the instructions on the back of the seasoning package mix.
Step 4. Lastly, place the Doritos on the plate, then meat on top of it and whatever toppings you like.
Tip of the day: If you didn’t buy sour cream in the squeezable tube, take a spoon and put it in a ziploc sandwich bag. Cut the tip off and squeeze it on your food.
There you have it. The family will be screaming for more when the next Taco Tuesday rolls around.
